Assignment 3

Among the data gathering techniques used in systems analysis are interviewing, document review, observation, and use of questionnaires. Considering your personality type, which of these would you be most comfortable with and why?

If I were to choice which of the data gathering techniques I be most comfortable with ; I rather choice use of questionnaire and Interview. Why?

Use of Questionnaire is a formal way to approach an assistant of a company. And regarding my knowledge in doing an interview, well ; it seems that it is hard for me to do a long time of face to face interaction in an assistant of a company. For me, use of questionnaire make a proper way to avoid being nervous or cramming but the problem behind is,wrong grammar or something misinterpretation. This problem can be solved by proper preparation on how to do questionnaire.

In use of questionnaire it involve preparation and being prepared is the best security for a remind and body. It is also the best guarantee for making good in conducting interview. And being prepared also include being on time and having all the necessary materials on hand.

In making questionnaire offers opportunities for exchanging ideas that can be a shortcut to review. In this time also we can predict possible questions for an interview, give a more activities approach to reviewing the questions matter than a more rereading for a possible error occurs in time of interview. In doing questionnaire for an interview avoid us for being cramming(common sickness that is a result of procrastination). Certainly, no one can do an interview perfectly in one day it should have studied and understood in a week and in order to avoid from being cramming in the time of face to face interview; the key is preparation and comes in the company well prepared and on time.

Assignment 2

In achieving our goals in life, first we must considered predictive approach, yes because we predicted of what might be happened 10 years from now, we planned ourselves on things might done and to be done. But all this things is useless if we don't adapt the things happened in our life. Yes we can predict for tomorrow and planned for today in order for us to be prepared but then again prediction is a vision(guess) only that comes in our mind; It doesn't mean that in real world situation this prediction will always be true, it also might be mistaken. Not all prediction is right; In real world situation we might fought some challenges,trial and disappointment but despite all of this, we might considered failure as part of our success. Because success is obtained only when deep contentment arising from the conviction that what we have is sufficient for our needs.

Me myself considered adaptive approach more over predictive approach for the reason of "changes".
Let adapt things happened right now and try to be contented with it but it doesn't mean to say that you will stop planning for tomorrow. Don't count what you lost, instead cherish what you have and plan what to gain, because past never returns but the future may fulfill the loss.




The Following Phases are the SDLC to achieve my own Objective in Life:

Target :

Building your own destiny, achieving what you want and conquering your purpose in life.
This is a serious decision in which you might planned yourself of what might be you 10 years from now.

Focus :

If you want to have a great achievement in life it will correspond with great responsibilities.
Focus your attention on how you can achieve your goals, because in this phase there are lot of disappointment happen and it seem like a trial and error procedure that you may take. So whatever you do, do it well. Learn to make yourself sincere upon reaching out your goals,because little things reveal what a man is or what a man will later become.

Relax :

In this phase a set of time must consider for refreshment and enjoyment because after all of this you will go back to your works. This is the best time that our brain will function well although we know that it is a time for relaxation but then our mind keep on reminding us about our activities left. So it is the best way to generate and analyze proper ways how to achieve our individual goals.

Pursue :

Proceed to our activities left.

Patience :

We encounter failure in this phase but failure doesn't mean that you will not go through. Failure is a test in our determination, if we accept right away those failure and stop in this stage, the path of achieving our goals will go to other direction. But if you decide to go on; proved it because there is a tendency that you can commit your target in life.

Condition(success/failure) :

In this phase is the outcome of our activities whether it is successful or failure. If it is successful, well good for you but what if the outcome is failure. This failure leads to confusing regarding the path you take, the target you want to achieve become impossible for you to make. A time in which you need company to tell all your sorrows, but despite all of this happened; we all know that not all the time we commit failure may be not as now success will achieve but if we pursue to go and go, well later on you will achieve your goals. As you go to success this experience of you will marked in your heart and become part of it.

Maintain :

As you are become successful, don't forget to look back to those person who help you in time of struggles, instead of selfishness try to guide them in right path in right direction in order for them to achieve there individual goals. Maintain in this phase will serves as "look back" what you are in past will maintain what you are in future whether you are in the stage of success or not.

Assignment 1

Yes it is worth because as we arrived with our proposal; We based our proposed system of what the customer's demand for their particular system. We already knew and learned the concept of how to do system and one of the system requirement mentioned was the contractual deadline regarding the length of time by which the system must be completed. The amount of time available to complete a system, take a long period of time; the time to gather information and the time to analyze is the most critical time that the development team(“The Dreamer”) must considered. Also the time that the expert judge(Instructor) about the effort needed to build an entire system. All of this must be considered first to make efficient and effective a system should be.

As we conducted our interviewed we found out that the company(Learning Center for Japanese and Filipino citizen) really wants to have a so called payroll system, including information and DTR systems. Because as of now this new developed company(build in 2008) only using a MSEXCEL(Information system) and use hand to hand procedure in doing paycheck,commission computation and even the deduction of those instructor who able to came in company late.

As a leader of out group, I encouraged my group mates to produce and developed a system that can be fitted to the need of the company. We committed and this words was told to the pioneered of the company and we The Dreamer's don't want to loss this kind of opportunity to help. Because we believe that a simple conversion, a simple talk,promises that comes in our mouth seems for us a big impact in terms of professionalism. To be able to do so we must catch the target deadline that we committed with the company. And for us again, it is worthy to do this kind of project, also the pride of being the student of USEP is marked in this project development
